Blue Ridge Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center as designated by Health Resources and Services Administration, and they serve as a Patient Centered Medical Home. BCHS offer’s primary care services in a rural and underserved community in Henderson County, North Carolina. Services offered within the clinic includes Primary Care, Pediatric’s, Pediatric Dentistry, Women’s Health, Imaging, Adult Medicine, Adult Dentistry, Behavioral Health, Optometry, Women’s Infants and Children, Childcare Services, and Wellness. The project delivery was a Design-Build fast track project that was completed in 245 days from permit approval.
